Realty ONE Group Sunshine was losing leads due to a fragmented intake process leads were coming in through multiple unconnected channels (email, Facebook, and phone calls) with no central system tying them together. There was no clear routing or assignment process, so leads often sat without anyone responsible for following up, and agents had no notification system to alert them when a new lead came in. As a result, leads were going cold before any contact was made. I built a centralized CRM system in GoHighLevel to solve this. All incoming leads regardless of source were routed into one unified pipeline. I set up automated lead assignment so each new lead was immediately directed to a responsible agent, paired with instant notifications so agents knew the moment a lead came in. I also implemented automated follow-up reminders to eliminate the gap where leads previously sat untouched.
