What types of Excel files do you work with?
I work with all Excel versions (.xls, .xlsx, .xlsm) as well as CSV files and Google Sheets exports. If you have data in any other format, just message me first and I will confirm if I can work with it.
Do I need to know Excel to use the dashboard you build?
No. I design every dashboard to be simple enough for non-technical users. You just click the slicers and filters — the charts update automatically. No formulas, no manual work required from your side.
What is the difference between a dashboard and a pivot table report?

Yes, that is actually one of my specialties. I clean and organize data before building any report or dashboard. This includes removing duplicates, fixing formatting errors, standardizing date formats, and filling missing values where appropriate.
Will I be able to update the dashboard myself after delivery?

I always deliver the full, unlocked, editable source file. You own your work completely. I never lock or password-protect sheets unless you specifically ask me to.

I offer revisions on every package. If after revisions the result still does not meet what was agreed in the original brief, I will discuss the issue with you directly and make it right. Your satisfaction is what keeps me in business.
Do you use VBA or macros?
My dashboards use Excel's built-in features — pivot tables, slicers, dynamic charts, and formulas like INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, and COUNTIFS. If you specifically need VBA macros or automation, please mention this in your order so I can include it in the scope.
