FAQ
1. Am I risking damaging my WordPress website?
No. I take a full backup of your files and database before touching anything, so your site can be restored to its exact current state within minutes. I fix what's broken and leave your design, content and settings as they are.
2. Is my login information safe with you?
Completely. Your details are used only for the agreed work, are never shared with anyone, and are not kept afterwards. If you prefer, create a temporary admin account and remove it the moment the order is delivered.
3. How long will it take to fix my website?
Most WordPress errors are fixed within 24 hours. Larger jobs, like malware removal or several issues at once, usually take 2 to 3 days. Once you describe the problem I'll give you an exact delivery time before you place the order.
4. What do you need from me to get started?
Just your website URL, a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps a lot), and WordPress admin access. If your site is completely down I'll also need cPanel or FTP access. You're welcome to create a temporary admin account and delete it after delivery.
5. I can't even access my site because of an error. Can you help?
Yes, this is one of the most common jobs I get. When wp-admin is unreachable I work through cPanel or FTP, find the fatal error in the logs, fix it and restore your access. Send me your hosting details and I'll take it from there.
6. What if the same error comes back on my website?
It rarely does, because I fix the cause rather than hiding the symptom. If it ever returns, just message me. Revisions on delivered work are unlimited, and I'll look at it again without charging you twice.
7. Do you work with WooCommerce stores?
Yes. Cart and checkout errors, payment gateway problems with Stripe, PayPal and local gateways, shipping and tax setup, product and variation bugs, and order emails not arriving. On live stores I run a real test transaction before delivering.
8. My Elementor editor won't load. Can you fix it?
Yes, that's one of the issues I see most often. It's usually a low memory limit, a server firewall blocking admin requests, a plugin conflict or mixed HTTP/HTTPS content. I check each one properly instead of disabling plugins at random.
9. Can you fix any WordPress issue?
In 8+ years I've handled almost every WordPress error there is, so most likely yes. Send me the details first and I'll check it before you order. If it's something I genuinely can't solve, I'll tell you honestly rather than take your money.
10. Can you redesign any WordPress website?
Yes. I work with Elementor, Elementor Pro, WooCommerce and custom themes, and I fix or rebuild layouts in HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript. Share your link and tell me what you'd like changed, and I'll tell you what's possible and what it costs.
