About this gig
After filling out a questionnaire that gives me an idea of your goals, equipment, likes, and dislikes, I will get to work composing a personalized training plan with exercises you enjoy!
As soon as I am finished preparing your plan (~2 days), I will send it to you alongside a document explaining the choices made and how the program should be run. All plans include personal choices for you to get the most out of your journey, and I invite communication to further hone in on your own ideal program.
Each plan is 4 weeks long, representing a cycle of progression and variation leading up to a reassessment at the end of the month, where the program will be either rewritten to reflect your changing likes and goals or adjusted to be repeated, as necessary.
I am happy to answer any and all questions you might have during the length of our working relationship - no question is a bad question! You know your body better than anyone, and your opinions, insights, and ideas are crucial components of your program.
