IDX represents Internet Data Exchange (IDX, also known as Information Data Exchange). There are some popular IDX service provider MLS data of real estate properties.
Is IDX free?
Nope! They have monthly fees an billing yearly. Most popular IDX providers are namely "IDX broker", "i-homefinder", "showcase idx". They will provide your suitable MLS data. Just search them on google and check their pricing & plans for better understanding about them.
Does IDX provider provides lead collection and CRM opprotunities?
Yes, they provide.
What is real estate property management system?
In simple word, it is your own or your agent's property data ( no MLS data) which will be sell, rent , lease. Your/agents real estate properties will be uploaded and showcase into your website. It will NOT have any monthly cost like IDX/ MLS data.
How many people will be able to upload their properties into the website?
No limit! Any number of your allowed people would be able to upload their properties.
What do I need to get started for real estate website?
You need to have already purchased hosting plan and a domain name. If not ready yet, I will assist to buy and configure it for building real estate website.
Do you provide the Themes and premium plugins for real estate website?
I recommend to you for buying theme and plugins. If wouldn't like buy it, then I will provide it to you. But you will unable to update those automatically. If you face any problem in future (may be or not be), it is your responsibility.
Can you make Multi language supported website?
