Book formatting involves preparing a manuscript for publication by ensuring it meets the technical requirements and standards of the chosen publishing platform or format. This includes layout design, font selection, spacing, margins, and pagination.
Can I have input on the look?
Yes. Send references, sample books, or style notes up front and we'll match the feel you want.
How long does it take?
Standard delivery is 5 days. Need it sooner? Add Extra Fast Delivery (2 days) at checkout.
Can I publish your files on Amazon, IngramSpark, and other platforms?
Yes. You get print-ready PDFs and a reflowable EPUB set to KDP, IngramSpark, and Barnes & Noble specs. We can upload for you as a Gig Extra.
Do you format both print and ebook, and what files do I get?
Yes - both, in every package. You'll get a print-ready PDF, a reflowable EPUB, and editable source files.
Which software do you use, and can I get an editable Word file?

Can I make content changes after formatting?
Small tweaks? Covered by your 3 revisions. Big content changes mean re-flowing the whole layout - that's an extra revision ($15) or a quick quote. So finalize first.
Do I need to provide the images?
Yes. Send us any images, charts or graphics, and we'll place them cleanly in the layout.
Can you do custom chapter headings or decorative touches?

How is pricing calculated?
