I will build custom CRM erp and business management software

About this gig
Spreadsheets stop working somewhere around the fifth person who needs them. That is usually when a business calls me.
WHAT I BUILD
- CRM: leads, pipeline, quotes, follow-ups, full customer history
- ERP modules: inventory, purchasing, invoicing, accounts, HR, payroll
- Role-based access so each team sees only what it should
- Dashboards and reports your managers will actually read
- Excel and CSV import and export on every list
- Audit logs, so you can see who changed what and when
BUILT WITH
Laravel and PHP 8.3 on MySQL, with a React or Blade interface. It runs on your own server, and your data stays yours.
REPLACING SOMETHING?
I migrate spreadsheets, Zoho or an old in-house system without losing history, and keep both running in parallel until your team trusts the new one.
HOW I WORK
We map your actual process in writing before I build anything. Most failed business software was built from an assumption nobody checked.
Tell me how your team works today and I will tell you what a sensible first version covers.

FAQ
Why not just buy Zoho, Odoo or a ready-made CRM?
If one fits your process, buy it, and I will say so. Custom is worth it when your workflow is unusual, when per-user pricing has grown painful, or when you need it to talk to systems the off-the-shelf tool will not.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes. Spreadsheets, an old system, or an export from another CRM. I map the fields with you first, import into a test copy so you can check it, and keep the original untouched until you sign off.
Who owns the software and the data?
You own both, completely. Full source code, on your own server or cloud account. No per-user licence, no monthly fee to me, and no dependency on me continuing to exist.
How long does a real CRM take to build?
One focused module is about a week. A working multi-module system is three to four weeks. Anyone promising a full ERP in three days is describing a demo, not something your team can run a business on.
Can our staff use it on phones and tablets?
The interface is responsive by default, so it works on a tablet in a warehouse or a phone in the field. A dedicated mobile-optimised interface for field staff is available as an add-on.
What happens when we need changes after launch?
Business software always needs changes, so I build it to be extended rather than rebuilt. Sixty days of support is available as an add-on, and I quote later work per change with no retainer required.
