After you make your order, there will be an information form to fill in with all the necessary information I need before creating your illustration, with some necessary information: Your Story/Brief | Your favorite Style | Book or Ebook page format | Color style etc.

This gig is for 1 illustration only. A standard children book has 32 pages (some have even 40 or 48 pages), so if you like to order for the whole book, please send me a message first. I can send you a better offer with 10% or 20% OFF on the total cost depending on the brief.

You have 4/6/unlimited revisions based on the package you choose. After the 1st delivery, you can ask for changes following your FIRST REQUEST on the order page. Each revision take 24h on working days (and longer on weekends), so please ask for revisions on weekdays so I can support you sooner!

I can still revise the illustration without charge if it is a minor change. Otherwise, if you change the concept (different from the first request you send me on the order page), which lead to a totally different design, it is +$10 per revision like this.

Normally it takes 3-5 days (maximum time, I will try to deliver sooner) to deliver the initial illustration. Order of the whole book takes a longer time. When we work on the next steps or if you ask for revisions, there will be additional days depending on the scope of later work (1 day or more).

After the gig is completed, you have the Commercial Use of the illustration's final version. You can edit the page later if you want, or print the illustrated pages for commercial purpose. In the case that you ask for a refund, the design’s copyright belongs to me.

Yes sure, I can send you Photoshop format, but please include this request firstly in the order page, because most of my illustrations are made in Adobe Illustrator. You will get the PSD file/source vector if you choose Premium Gig.

After the FIRST delivery, if you feel my style are not what you are looking for, I will send a 100% refund. This is not applied after we work on any revision, or when the order is marked as completed by you, or automatically marked as completed after 3 days of delivery without feedback from you.
