Each package covers one finished video. Runtime is the total across all character changes. Revisions refine the agreed brief; new footage or a different character direction requires a separate quote. New voice generation and translation are not included.

What do you need to get started?
Send your source video, character reference, desired runtime and aspect ratio. Clear lighting, a visible face and controlled camera movement help. Please message me first so I can assess complex gestures, occlusions and moving shots.
Does each character get the full package runtime?
No. Runtime is the total length of one finished video across all character changes. For example, Standard includes up to 20 seconds total with up to two looks, rather than two separate 20-second videos. Each shot features one main performer unless we agree otherwise.
Can I request an original character or brand mascot?
Yes. Send an original character or a reference you have permission to use. We can discuss a new look before ordering. The packages retain your supplied audio; scriptwriting, new voice generation, translation and a new creative direction are separate services.
