What do you need from me?
Your site URL first (for the free pre-check). After ordering: hosting/cPanel access and a WordPress admin login — shared only inside the Fiverr order page. Please change all passwords after delivery.
Will I lose my content?
No. I take a full backup of files and database before changing anything, and your posts, pages, products and orders are preserved.
How fast is delivery?
Basic 2 days, Standard 3 days, Premium 4 days. Careful cleaning takes a little time — I do not rush and miss backdoors.
My hosting suspended my account. Can you help?
Often yes — ask your host for temporary file access and message me first; if there is no access at all, I will tell you honestly that I cannot start.
Can you remove the Google blacklist warning?
If your site is flagged, Standard and Premium include preparing and submitting the review request after cleanup. Google makes the final decision, so approval itself cannot be guaranteed.
What if the malware comes back?
Premium includes a free re-clean if the same infection returns within 30 days, provided the security steps in my report were followed.
