What do you need from me?
Admin access, and SFTP or SSH access if the bug is in the code. A staging shop is welcome but not required.
Do you make a backup first?
Yes. I back up every file I change, and I recommend a full shop backup before I start.
What if you cannot fix it?
I check the issue before you order. If it turns out to be unfixable within the package, I tell you directly and we cancel or adjust the offer.
