I can make your 3d cartoon character from yourw design. You can use it from game industry with unity or unreal. You can use it for 3d film animation. You use it for image render also.
Im 3d designer graduated from fine arts school. I enjoy creating character clay from scratch.
The charcater will be textured with HD maps and shaders. I send UV map and Texture color for each cartoon character .
I use 3ds max and maya for modeling. Substance painter and mari for texturing. Unfold 3d for Uv mapping.
