About this gig

Messy booking links, uncollected deposits, and calendar sync errors cause service businesses to lose clients every single day. If your Squarespace site and Acuity Scheduling setup are completely disconnected, potential clients face unnecessary friction before they even pay.

I configure and embed Acuity Scheduling directly into your Squarespace website, building a streamlined, automated booking calendar backed by secure payment processing. Your clients book appointments, fill out intake forms, and pay upfront without ever leaving your domain.

WHAT I DO:

  • Complete Acuity Scheduling account setup and timezone configuration
  • Seamless embedding into Squarespace pages with custom styling adjustments
  • Payment gateway connection via Stripe or PayPal for upfront deposits or full fees
  • Automated client intake questionnaires, confirmation emails, and SMS text reminders
  • Two-way calendar synchronization with Google, Outlook, or Apple to prevent double booking
  • Mobile-responsive layout testing across desktop, tablet, and smartphone screens

Stop chasing unpaid appointments and manual scheduling emails. Message me your specific booking workflow before ordering so we can confirm your requirements.
