What file formats do you accept?
I accept Excel (.xlsx) and CSV (.csv) files. I use KNIME and Python to clean, validate and format your data, and can deliver the cleaned dataset in either format.
Can you clean datasets larger than 5,000 rows?
Yes! If your dataset exceeds 5,000 rows, please contact me before ordering. I'll review its size, complexity and cleaning requirements, then provide a custom offer with an appropriate price and delivery time.
Can you deliver my order earlier than the listed delivery time?
Yes! I always aim to deliver as quickly as possible. Depending on my availability and your dataset's complexity, I may complete your order well before the listed deadline. However, I prioritize accuracy and quality over rushing the work.
What do you need from me to get started?
Please send your Excel or CSV file and describe your cleaning requirements, including any specific rules for duplicates, missing values or formatting. If you're unsure what needs cleaning, message me with a representative sample so we can discuss the scope first.
What tools do you use to clean data?
I primarily use KNIME for data cleaning, validation and automated workflows, with Python when needed. I also use LibreOffice Calc to inspect and present spreadsheet results. I can work with Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files.
Can you convert PDF tables into Excel and clean the data?
I may be able to extract tables from text-based PDFs into editable Excel files and clean the data. Please contact me with a sample before ordering so I can check the layout and provide a custom offer. Scanned PDFs may not be supported.
