What access do you need?
Access to your Google Tag Manager container and your ChatGPT Ads Manager account (or the pixel ID and API key). For Conversions API I may also need access to your website or store admin.
Do I need both the pixel and the Conversions API?
The pixel alone works, but browsers and ad blockers can miss events. Adding the server-side Conversions API makes your conversion data much more reliable, which is why most advertisers use both.
