I’m a Human Resources professional with hands-on experience building practical HR systems. At Performance Energy, I established and developed the Human Resources department, creating its forms, employee handbook, and required HR documentation. My work focused on bringing structure and consistency to HR processes and giving managers clear tools to support their teams. I also created HR Ready™, a collection of Excel tools and editable HR templates for small businesses, available in English and Spanish. I bring this experience to helping businesses organize their employee records and develop clear, professional HR documents.
