Yes. That is a RAG pipeline. I index your files or database into a vector store so answers cite your real content instead of guessing.
Who pays for the API usage?
You do, on your own keys. I will give you a per-user cost estimate before we build so there are no surprises.
Can you make the AI actually do things, not just chat?
