Which AI model do you use, ChatGPT or Claude?
Both. I work with OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini. After we discuss your use case and budget, I recommend the model that gives the best quality and cost for your bot.
Can the chatbot answer from my own documents or website?
Yes. I build a RAG (retrieval-augmented) knowledge base so the bot answers using your PDFs, help docs, website, or database, instead of making things up. This is included from the Standard package up.
Where can the chatbot be deployed?
Anywhere you need: your website, mobile app, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, or Messenger. Tell me your channels and I will set up the integrations.
Do I get the source code?
Yes, full source code and a clean handover are included in every package, so you fully own your chatbot and can host it yourself.
Will the bot connect to my CRM or existing tools?
Yes. I integrate with CRMs, databases, and APIs (HubSpot, Sheets, custom backends, etc.) so the bot can read and write real data. Included from Standard up, or add it as an extra.
