What do you need from me before starting?
Please provide the email platform you currently use, the destination platform if migration is required, the number of email accounts, approximate mailbox size, your domain/DNS provider, and a short description of the issue or required setup. I will let you know if any additional information or acces
What if my mailbox is larger than 1 GB?
Please contact me before ordering. Migrations larger than 1 GB are priced individually based on the total data size, number of accounts, source and destination platforms, and overall complexity. I can provide a custom offer after reviewing the project details.
Can you migrate multiple email accounts?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages include multiple accounts, and additional accounts can be added as a Gig Extra. For larger migrations, please contact me before ordering so I can review the scope first.
Do you configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC and DNS records?
Yes. When required for the project, I can review and configure MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, verify email authentication, and test the mail flow and configuration after the changes.
Do you offer Zoom, video or phone calls?
No. All communication, project coordination, troubleshooting and support are provided in writing through Fiverr messages. This allows us to keep the technical details, changes and project history clearly documented.
