About this gig
Your customers ask the same questions every day: prices, opening hours, how to book. An AI chat assistant on your website can answer them for you, day and night, using only your own information.
How it works: a small chat window sits on your website and answers from the information you give it (FAQ, prices, hours, services). If it does not know the answer, it says so instead of guessing. In the Standard and Premium packages it hands the chat over to you by email.
About the running cost: the assistant runs on YOUR own AI account key (for example OpenAI or Anthropic), so you pay the AI provider directly. For a small business this is usually a few dollars a month. We never use paid AI on your behalf without telling you first.
Works on any website where you can paste a small script: WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace or plain HTML.
