Freelancer lacked communication skills and understanding of abiding by an agreement ! A basic level was purchased with an UNLIMITED revision. The freelancer forced the buyer to purchase a premium level to proceed with the project.

I had unlimited Revisions on a basic plan, but I was forced to upgrade to a Premium plan for completion of the project. What followed was a lack of politeness and a distinct lack of cooperation.
