Do you use AI voices?
No. Every recording is performed and recorded by me in my professional studio.
What audio format will I receive?
You will receive high-quality WAV and MP3 files unless you request another format.
Can you match a specific style?
Absolutely. If you have a reference video or style in mind, send it over and I'll tailor the delivery accordingly.
What is included in your revision policy?
Every order includes 1 free revision, to adjust tone, pacing, or minor script tweaks. If I make a mistake, I will correct it free of charge. Complete script rewrites after the audio has been recorded are not covered by free revisions. These incur an additional fee of $5 per 100 words
What usage rights do I need to add to my order?
If the voiceover is for ANY business-related use e.g. your website, social media post etc, then you need commercial rights. If it will be used on TV, radio, or in paid advertising Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Google ads ETC, BOTH commercial rights AND full broadcast rights will be needed.
What is your standard turnaround time, and do you offer rush delivery?
My standard delivery time is within 48 hours for upto 1200 words, to ensure a pristine edit. If you are on a tight deadline, I offer a 24-Hour Extra Fast Delivery option as an add-on at checkout.
Can you deliver audio matching specific timings or videos?
Yes! If you need the read to match a pre-edited video or fit exact timestamp restrictions, please select the "Video Sync" gig extra when ordering, and provide your video or time cues. This is for upto 20 minutes for $50. So 40 mins will be $100, 60 mins $150 etc.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Please post: Your final script: The intended target audience and ideal tone/vibe (e.g., friendly and conversational, or serious and corporate?): If possible, a video link or audio track for pacing or style reference: Where this audio will be used to ensure the correct usage rights are applied.
