I work with inventors, startups, kitchenware brands and manufacturers to develop electro-mechanical consumer products from early concepts through detailed CAD and manufacturing preparation. My specialization includes electric food preparation appliances, coffee and beverage machines, electric cooking appliances and smart kitchen products. I develop concepts, mechanical components, product housings, internal assemblies, mechanisms, mounting systems and user-focused product structures using SolidWorks and Fusion 360. My work includes 3D CAD modeling, assembly development, component integration, technical drawings, design for manufacturing and prototype preparation. I pay particular attention to component fit, clearances, mechanisms, material selection, assembly methods and manufacturing constraints so potential issues can be identified before prototyping. I also refine existing concepts and CAD models where products require better functionality, manufacturability or mechanical integration.
