1. What information do you need from me?
1. Bill of Materials - Details Raw Material and Unit price. 2. Direct Labour Details - Wages per hour and time spent per unit 3. Overhead and Administration expenses breakdown - 4. Your target price margin and current pricing structure
2. Can you allocate overhead? Using Machine hours or Labour Hours?
Yes. Overheads are allocated based on your the production set up. It may be allocated via Machine hours or Direct Labour hours or any suitable percentage of the Material cost what ever is most suited. However ensure all overheads are absorbed to the cost.
3. Will the Cost sheet be editable? So I can update the cost changes in future.
Yes. All the modules submitted from my end can be editable to the future adjustments if any. Therefore you can easily update the Raw Material cost, Supplier rate revisions, Labour rate revisions...etc
4. Are these cost sheets handle Multiple products? Batch sizes?
Yes. Included necessary spaces for multiple products comparisons including several batch sizes. Therefore you can evaluate the cost based on batch sizes.
5. Is this suitable for Bank loans, Investors or Internal Pricing decisions?
Yes. Since these models follow the professional Accounting Standards you can use this report for applying Bank Loans and proposing for Investments on top of the Internal Management decisions.
