As Team Lead and Senior WordPress Developer at Orbit 570 since 2018, I’ve led the development of 300+ custom WordPress websites across recruitment, education, AI, e-learning, and mental health sectors. I specialize in building scalable platforms with advanced logic, clean architecture, and performance-driven UX — combining hands-on development with strategic planning and technical leadership. Over the years, I’ve provided 500+ hours of client consultation and training, empowering founders, marketers, and non-technical teams to manage and scale their platforms with confidence. Job Portal Expertise: I’ve built and managed several job portals with multi-role access, filtered job listings, smart applicant tracking, advert systems, and resume management features. This includes: AZ Yachting Recruitment Website: Dual-role access for Employers and Crew, filtered job matching, CV uploads, and dashboard-based workflows — currently hosting 15,000+ candidate profiles and 700+ jobs. Analyst For You: Role-specific career discovery platform with dynamic filtering, intuitive dashboards, and conversion-optimized UX. Learning Management Systems (LMS): JooMath: AI-powered LMS with nested live sessions, real-time attendance, parent dashboards, assignment flows, and Stripe-powered teacher payouts. I led a team of 5 developers and oversaw the full product lifecycle. Oxbridge Launchpad: Fully custom LMS and mentorship platform with student dashboards, booking flows, structured content delivery, and multi-tiered subscriptions. AI-Integrated Tools: JooJobs: An AI-powered resume builder using OpenAI to generate personalized, ATS-friendly CVs and cover letters with PDF export. Throughout all projects, I maintain 90+ Lighthouse scores, SEO-optimized builds (schema markup, structured metadata), and performance tuning. I’ve managed development teams using Jira/Trello, led code reviews, and maintained version control with scalable Git workflows.

Full Stack Developer

We Build • Full-time

Jan 2015 - Oct 2020 • 5 yrs 9 mos

As a full-stack WordPress developer with 8+ years of experience, I specialize in building high-performance, scalable platforms that drive real business results. I’ve developed over 150+ WordPress websites for U.S. and European clients — many of which have achieved 20,000+ daily visitors and 40% higher lead conversion rates within months of launch. From speed optimization to SEO-ready structure and mobile-first UI, I ensure every project is not just functional, but built to grow. One of my proudest achievements was leading the development of a cloud-based healthcare management system for an NGO supporting over 1 million refugees, using Laravel. This complex platform enabled real-time data collection, patient record syncing, and multi-role access control — reducing manual workload by 60% and improving reporting efficiency across regions. In the WordPress ecosystem, I’ve tackled highly customized platforms, including: Recruitment portals with job auto-pulling, candidate shortlisting, advertiser modules, and dynamic dashboards with email automation. Learning Management Systems (LMS) with live classes, progress tracking, course bundles, and instructor/student portals — built using LearnDash, TutorLMS, and fully custom-coded solutions. Custom plugin development, advanced filtering, multistep forms, dashboards with conditional logic, multilingual setup, and payment gateway integrations (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). I’m often hired to fix or rescue broken projects, refactor legacy code, or clean up backend logic when others fail. I’ve rewritten core theme behavior to eliminate WordPress limitations — including building multi-role dashboards without “switch user” logic and writing cascading deletion flows (e.g. delete company → jobs → applicants).
