Standard: teaser, information memorandum, Excel model and a valuation by market multiples. It suits a bank loan or a first investor meeting. Premium adds a DCF valuation, investor returns, a stress test, the 100 VC list and a 45-min call.
Do I need to have financial data ready?
No. A short description of your business is enough. If you have past accounts or a draft plan, send them and I build on them.
In which format do I receive the work?
Plan as PDF and Word, the model as a full automated Excel file (pick a scenario, every statement recalculates), the teaser as PDF. Unlocked formulas are available as a paid extra.
Which languages do you work in?
English, French, Italian or Spanish. You choose the language of the plan, the model and the teaser, at no extra cost.
Is my information confidential?
