How does your design process work?
Simple 5-step process. First, we discuss your goals, production method & budget. Next, I create a 3D model from your sketches/ideas. Then you review & we refine until approved. After that, I finalize the design, check DFM & prepare files. Finally, you receive a complete production-ready CAD package.
What information do you need to start?
Sketches, reference images, dimensions, or a product description are enough. The more details you provide, the more accurate the final design.
What files will I receive?
You'll receive SolidWorks source files (SLDPRT/SLDASM), STEP/IGES/Parasolid, STL for 3D printing, DXF for laser cutting, technical drawings (PDF/DWG), and high-quality renders. Other formats can also be provided if required.
Can you design products for manufacturing?
Absolutely. I specialize in manufacturing-ready designs with proper tolerances, material selection, and DFM considerations for CNC machining, injection molding, and sheet metal fabrication.
Do you offer unlimited revisions?
Revisions are included based on your package, but I always work with you until you're completely satisfied with the design.
