Yes. I build with official hooks and filters and never edit core or theme files, which is exactly what breaks on updates. I test against the current stable versions before delivery.
Do you need access to my live store?
I develop and test on a staging copy or my own local WooCommerce install. You install the finished plugin on live yourself, and I stay available if anything needs adjusting.
