Project lead Ian Kendall brings more than 10 years of experience in data cleansing, data quality, and the review of inconsistent records. The service combines that experience with purpose-built tools written in Python and Java to speed up repetitive tasks such as standardization, duplicate detection, formatting, and exception identification.

Automation is used to improve efficiency, but important decisions are not left entirely to software. Ian personally reviews ambiguous records, conflicting information, probable duplicates, and other inconsistencies before determining how they should be handled.

The original data is preserved for traceability, and questionable records are flagged rather than silently deleted or merged. Depending on the selected package, the final delivery may include a cleaned Excel or CSV file, duplicate and exception reports, a change log, and a clear summary of the work completed.

This approach provides the speed of automation together with experienced human judgment, giving clients a cleaner, more reliable dataset and a transparent record of the decisions made.
