FAQ
Do you guarantee Amazon SES approval?
No. Amazon reviews every SES application manually. I will configure your Sendy server correctly, verify your domain, and provide best-practice guidance to maximize your chances of approval.
Which hosting servers do you support?
I support VPS, AWS EC2, Amazon Lightsail, DigitalOcean, Vultr, Contabo, Linode, and other Linux servers that meet Sendy's requirements.
Can you fix my existing Sendy installation?
Yes. I can troubleshoot Sendy installation errors, SMTP issues, Amazon SES integration problems, and email deliverability issues.
Will you configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC?
Yes. I can configure your DNS records, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, to improve email authentication and inbox placement.
Can you install Sendy on shared hosting?
It depends on your hosting provider. Please contact me before ordering so I can verify whether your hosting environment supports Sendy.
