DevOps & Infrastructure Partner
ForchinTech LLC
Dec 2024 - Present • 1 yr 10 mos
We partner with SaaS companies and product-driven engineering teams to provide long-term DevOps ownership and cloud infrastructure consulting. Our role is not limited to setup or deployments. We act as an infrastructure partner responsible for designing, evolving, and stabilizing production systems on AWS. What this typically includes: • Cloud infrastructure architecture and AWS strategy for SaaS products • Terraform-based infrastructure as code with clear ownership • CI/CD strategy, automation, and pipeline ownership • Production reliability, scalability, and incident readiness • Acting as an extension of the internal engineering team We usually work with teams that want: • Clear DevOps and infrastructure ownership • Fewer production surprises as they scale • Cloud systems that grow with the product, not against it • Practical cloud cost optimization without slowing development
