FAQ
Will my website be down while you clean it?
No. I work on the live site carefully and take a full backup first. If a page needs to go offline for a few minutes, I will tell you before I do it.
What access do you need?
WordPress admin, and hosting access (cPanel/Plesk or SFTP + database). Malware often hides outside WordPress, so hosting access is needed for a complete cleanup.
What if the malware comes back?
Standard includes a 30-day and Premium a 90-day re-infection cover. If the same site is reinfected in that period, I clean it again free of charge.
Can you remove the Google red warning / blacklist?
Yes. After cleanup I request a review in Google Search Console and other blacklist vendors. Google usually reviews within 1-3 days; the final timing is up to them.
My host suspended my account for malware. Can you help?
Yes. I clean the account, then give you a cleanup report you can send to your host to lift the suspension.
Do you clean multiple sites on the same hosting?
Yes. Infected sites on one account reinfect each other, so they must be cleaned together. Add the Extra Website add-on for each additional site.
Will you delete my content, plugins or theme?
No. I only remove malicious code. Infected plugins/themes are replaced with clean official copies. Nulled/pirated plugins must be replaced, as they are a main source of hacks.
What is the Shield Security plugin in Premium?
It is my own WordPress security plugin with a deep malware scanner and login hardening. Premium includes a 1-year license, installed and configured for your site.
Do you also offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. After cleanup I offer monthly maintenance with updates, backups, uptime and malware monitoring. Ask me for a custom offer.
Do you work on non-WordPress sites?
