I provide remote Windows troubleshooting for everyday users and small businesses. I first review the problem, explain what I find in plain English, and then work with you through a live remote session using TeamViewer or AnyDesk.

You remain present and can end the session at any time. I only access files if they are directly relevant and you approve it.

Please message me before ordering if the PC will not start, you suspect hardware failure, or the issue involves data recovery, account passwords, business servers, or licensed software. Those cases may be outside remote support.
