To make it an administrator
Click the dropdown arrow on the right of that email in your screenshot, then click Change account type and choose Administrator. Otherwise it stays a standard user, which is fine for most people.
If it doesn't show up on the sign-in screen, restart the PC and check again. What were you going to say after "I have put the...", and is anything not working?
