FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
I will need access to your podcast hosting platform (or RSS feed link), and a short description of the issues you’re facing. If possible, share any error messages or screenshots, they will help me fix things faster.
Can you help if I don’t have a podcast host yet?
Absolutely! I can guide you in choosing a reliable host (like Spotify for Podcasters, Buzzsprout, or Podbean) and set up everything from scratch.
Will you fix issues on all podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple, Google, etc.)?
Yes. I troubleshoot RSS and distribution issues for all major platforms — including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, and more.
Can you clean up or enhance my audio files too?
Yes! I offer professional audio editing, removing background noise, adjusting volume levels, and enhancing overall clarity so your episodes sound polished.
Can you help me upload new episodes or schedule them?
Of course. I can upload episodes for you and ensure everything displays correctly with titles, descriptions, and timestamps.
How fast can you fix my podcast issues?
Minor fixes are often completed within 24–48 hours. Larger setup or distribution issues may take a few extra days depending on platform processing times.
Do you guarantee my podcast will appear everywhere?
Yes — as long as your content meets each platform’s guidelines. I will make sure your RSS feed, artwork, and metadata comply so your show publishes smoothly.
What if I’m new and have never launched a podcast before?
No worries. I will walk you through the entire process step-by-step, from recording tips to publishing your very first episode.
