Retained Systems Support
Freelance / Digital Agency Partner • Freelance
Sep 2025 - Present • 11 mos
Ongoing hourly and retained support for clients running live platforms after launch. Typical work: rolling out new features as a program grows, setting up events and new cohorts, diagnosing integration and payment failures, restructuring spaces or pipelines as the business changes shape, and handling the requests that come up when real members are using a real system. These are long-running relationships rather than single deliveries. Several clients moved from a one-off build into ongoing support because the platform kept needing to change as their business did. This is the work I'd point to for anyone considering a monthly retainer rather than a fixed project, it is what I already do, week to week.

Circle.so Community Architect
Aug 2025 - Present • 1 yr
End-to-end Circle.so builds for cohort programs, paid memberships and coaching businesses. Scope covers the full build: space and space-group architecture, paywalls and Stripe checkout, member onboarding workflows, landing pages, launch email sequences, events, and custom domain setup. Delivered builds include a cohort-based investing challenge with paywalled spaces and a timed email sequence, a parent support platform where I rebuilt the onboarding path end to end, a bilingual English/Spanish community on a custom domain, and a coaching brand's member platform. Most of these are not "set up a Circle account" jobs. They are launches with a date attached, where the paywall, the checkout, the emails and the member journey all have to work together on day one.
Community Operations Manager
Jul 2025 - Present • 1 yr 1 mo
Ongoing day-to-day operation of live paid communities, not one-off builds. Responsibilities across engagements: member onboarding and activation, daily engagement and moderation, content scheduling, retention and win-back, and reporting back to the business owner on what is actually happening inside the platform. This includes a membership with 400+ paying members, plus daily operations for a coaching business running multiple communities, alongside further paid communities in the finance and music-business niches. Running a community teaches things building one does not: where members go quiet, which onboarding step loses them, and which automation quietly broke three weeks ago. Most of my automation work comes from problems I first hit as an operator.
