About this Gig
I am a China-based sourcing agent with years of trade experience.
Some overseas buyers can not come to China for fairs and need an on-site representative. Others visit China and want a local assistant to accompany them. I cover all Chinese trade shows, not just the Canton Fair, including industrial, gift and hardware expos.
I offer three packages for different demands:
Basic: Remote Pre-Fair Research
- Sort matching Canton Fair exhibitors online in advance
- Collect booth info, basic price & MOQ range
- Text supplier list report without onsite visit
Standard: Onsite Agent (Client Not Attending)
- All Basic contents Full-day onsite sourcing at exhibitions alone
- Face-to-face inquiry, real-time photo & video updates
- Complete quotation & product report after fair
Premium: In-Fair Companion + Post-Fair Factory Tour
- Accompany clients onsite to communicate with vendors together
- Arrange offline factory visits with selected suppliers post-fair
- Full sorted supplier & audit document package
- Base fee $200 plus $200 per day for on-site attendance.
Note: Travel, hotel and other on-site expenses are NOT included, which will be charged separately at actual cost.

Which Chinese trade shows can you support?
Canton Fair, industrial expos, gift fairs and all domestic exhibitions across China.
What’s the difference between the three packages?
Basic = online pre-fair research. Standard = I source alone onsite. Premium = I accompany you + post-fair factory visits.
Are travel and hotel fees covered in packages?
No. Packages only charge service fees. Transport and accommodation are reimbursed at actual cost.
Do you charge commission from suppliers?
Zero hidden markup or commission. All quotes and supplier info will be fully shared.

Sure, you may book a call with me to clarify your demands in advance.
How is the price of the Premium package calculated?
It includes a fixed $200 pre-fair preparation fee, plus $200 for each day I accompany you at the exhibition.
If I need multiple days of on-site support, will the daily fee stack?
Yes. Each extra exhibition day of accompaniment costs an additional $200 on top of the base $200 preparation charge.
