What files do you accept?
XLSX and CSV contact or customer lists, up to 10 columns per file. For a quote, tell me the file count, total rows, columns, duplicate key and changes needed. Ask before ordering unusual layouts or formulas.
How do you handle duplicate or conflicting records?
Exact duplicates can be archived using agreed keys. Complementary fields can be combined under an agreed rule; conflicting values remain flagged for your decision, with source records preserved.
Do you use AI?
Yes. I use AI-assisted tools and validate the result against your source and agreed rules. Tell me before ordering if your data or policy has restrictions on AI use.
Is the gallery sample a real client result?
No. The gallery shows fictional, self-directed demonstrations, not paid client results. The basic sample has 20 input rows, 18 retained and 2 archived. The expanded sample has 12 sources, 10 master rows, 1 archived duplicate and an agreed complementary merge; conflicts are flagged.
What is included in a revision?
An adjustment to the originally agreed cleaning rules on the same dataset. A new file, larger volume or a different task needs a new agreement.
Are charts, PDFs and Word mail merge included in every package?
Listed packages cover the stated cleanup volume. Special rules, charts, specific PDF layouts and Word letters or labels require file/template review and an agreed scope, output quantity, price and deadline before ordering.
