I will design a PCB for you, any shape and size and layer count, as per the offered services.

What I need from you is an schematic of a functional system, and a diagram of the board with it's dimensions and the placement indication of relevant parts (connectors, sockets, mechanical items, etc)
What you'll obtain is the PCB production files (gerber, drill, centroid, map) ready to be sent to a PCB manufacturing company. The source files are for Altium or Kicad, depending on which one is better for you. I can also send you SLDPRT/STEP/IGS part file for your CAD integration.
Additionally (for an extra cost) I can:
- Help you to select parts for your design, delivering you with concrete part# for your system and part pricing from several retailers.
- Arrange the PCB production with a manufacturer. I have day to day experience with the major asian and american brands.

What design software do you use?
I use Altium designer or Kicad (for PCB) and SolidWorks (mech parts) for work. Along with gerbers and production files, the project's files that I deliver are for one of these two, or maybe rendered to PDF if you prefer.
Will you help me to choose the component technology for my design?
Usually, I expect to have that issue solved before starting. (Eg. 'cap' Tantalium? polymer? ceramic? what dielectric?) . But if you need to select your system's best component technology, in order to fine tune it, I can help you with that for an extra cost.
Do you design Flex parts and cables?
Yes, I do. I can help you specifying normal 'off the shelf' flex cables for ZIF or LIF connections for you to order from manufacturer's or retailer's catalog. Also, I can design flex panels and cables. Their design cycle is like a normal PCB with depth from 1 layer to multilayer.
Will you get my PCB manufactured for me?
Yes, I will do it for an extra cost. I regularly work with the major asian PCB manufacturers. Once the PCB is generated and approved by you, I can get it quoted ordered and sent to you. We'd have to agree on the many PCB manufacture options like panellization and stencils
Will you assemble my PCB?
Yes, I usually do prototype (PCBA) work with manufacturing companies. I can get your PCB prototype assembled and sent to you for an extra cost (appart from the prototype's own cost). Please contact me for an special order if you plan to make assembled prototypes as delivery time is different.
Would you arrange volume/batch production of my PCB?
Yes, I will, but, as before, you'll have to contact me for an special order because batch/volume PCBA orders are subject to the manufacturer's schedule and workload.
