Do you need remote access to my network?
Not for the Basic package. In many cases I can review your setup using screenshots, device information and configuration details. Remote access may be used for Premium only when necessary and agreed in advance.
Can you configure my router or firewall remotely?
In many cases, yes. Compatibility depends on the brand, model and available features. Please contact me before ordering Premium so I can confirm your equipment is supported.
What information do you need from me?
I will need your router or firewall brand and model, approximate number of devices, current network layout, main concerns and relevant screenshots. Please do not send passwords or sensitive credentials in the initial information.
Do you perform penetration testing or ethical hacking?
No. This Gig focuses on network review, configuration, segmentation, hardening and practical security improvements. Penetration testing is not included.
Can you separate guest Wi-Fi, cameras or IoT devices from business computers?
Yes, when your router, firewall or access points support guest networks, VLANs or equivalent isolation features. I can review the equipment and recommend the best available approach.
