Do you work with scanned PDFs?
Yes. Scans are processed with OCR first. Quality depends on the scan, so I always check totals against the source and flag anything uncertain.
Is this done manually or automatically?
Automatically with Python (pdfplumber, camelot, pandas), then I review the output. That keeps it fast and consistent even for hundreds of pages.
Can you keep my existing Excel template?
Yes. Send your template and I will fill it in exactly, including column order, formats and formulas.
Is my data safe?
Files are used only for your order, processed locally and deleted after delivery on request. I can sign an NDA if needed.
What if the PDF layout changes between files?
I handle several layouts in one script. If a new layout appears later, the script can be extended; small fixes within 14 days are free.
