The system processes PDF invoices, extracts agreed fields and line items, applies deterministic business checks, routes exceptions to human review, records an audit trail, and exports approved data to CSV or structured Excel.
Choose:
- Basic: test one invoice layout and receive sample output plus a validation report.
- Standard: pilot up to three layouts with validation, Excel/CSV exports, a licensed product package and setup guide.
- Premium: configure up to five layouts with source code, one agreed REST/CSV integration, deployment in one compatible environment, training and handover.

1. What do you need before starting?
I need anonymized sample invoices, required fields, business rules, estimated monthly volume, desired output and hosting preference.
2. What counts as one invoice layout?
One layout means one consistent invoice structure from the same supplier or template. Substantially different designs count as additional layouts.
3. Is Reconlytic AI 100% accurate?
No AI system can guarantee universal accuracy. Performance is measured on an agreed test set, and uncertain invoices are routed to human review.
4. Can it process scanned invoices?
Yes, if the scan is sufficiently clear and readable. Please send anonymized samples before ordering so I can confirm compatibility.
5. What happens when an invoice contains an error?
Reconlytic AI applies deterministic checks to totals, dates, required fields, duplicates and line items. Suspicious invoices remain in REVIEW/BLOCKED.
6. Are OpenAI API and hosting costs included?
No. API usage, cloud hosting and third-party licenses are paid directly by the buyer unless explicitly included in a custom offer.
7. Do I receive the source code?
Source code is included only in the Premium package. Standard includes a licensed product package, exports, validation evidence and setup instructions.
8. Can you integrate it with my ERP or accounting system?
Premium includes one agreed REST API or CSV integration. Complex ERP customization, SSO or multiple integrations require a custom offer.
9. Do I need programming knowledge to use it?
The normal review and export workflow is designed for non-technical users. Deployment or integration may require access from your IT administrator.
10. What files will I receive?
Depending on the package, you may receive CSV/XLSX results, validation and acceptance reports, setup instructions, checksums, a licensed application package or source code
