How do you handle project requirements before starting?
Before writing a single line of code, I'll send you a structured requirements questionnaire and review your existing specs or wireframes. I then produce a short Scope Document (what's in, what's out, tech decisions) for your sign-off. This prevents scope creep and ensures we both know exactly what's
Can you work with an existing codebase or do you only start from scratch?
Both. I regularly jump into legacy codebases — I'll start with a brief audit to flag risks, then plan the work accordingly. Some of my best projects have been rescuing half-built apps from previous developers. Just share your repo (private GitHub/GitLab is fine) and I'll assess it before you order.
Do you sign NDAs? Can you keep my project confidential?
Absolutely. I sign NDAs routinely and treat all client work as strictly confidential. I will never mention your project publicly without explicit written permission. I've maintained this standard for 11+ years of client work.
What time zone are you in? How do you communicate during a project?
I'm in IST (UTC+5:30), which gives good overlap with European mornings and US evenings. I provide daily async written updates via Fiverr messages. For milestones I'm happy to hop on a quick Loom video call or screen share. Response time during active projects: within 4 hours on weekdays.
What happens after delivery? Do you offer support?
Standard and Starter packages include 7 days of bug-fix support post-delivery at no charge. The Enterprise package includes 30 days. For longer-term retainer support (recommended for production apps), I offer monthly maintenance packages — message me for details.
