FAQ
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. I set everything up for you and you get a short video guide that explains how your agent works.
Which email providers do you support?
Gmail and Outlook / Microsoft 365. Other providers on request, just send me a message.
Will the agent send emails on its own?
No. By default it only writes drafts that you review and send yourself. Auto-sending simple replies is possible on request.
What are the running costs?
Your own n8n plan (from about €20/month) plus AI usage on your own OpenAI, Claude or Gemini account, usually just a few euros per month. No subscription to me.
What happens to my data?
Your emails are processed only through your own accounts. I never ask for your passwords, and I delete all sample emails after the project.
Can the agent be extended later?
Yes. More email categories or new tasks can be added anytime with a custom offer.
