FAQ
What is included in your n8n automation service?
I offer end-to-end solutions: from initial workflow design and API integrations to deploying autonomous AI agents. My goal is to build scalable, fail-proof systems that eliminate manual work and grow with your business.
Do I need an n8n Cloud account or my own server?
I can work with both! Whether you use n8n Cloud or a self-hosted instance (on VPS like Hetzner or DigitalOcean), I will handle the setup. If you want to save on monthly fees, I can help you deploy n8n on your own server.
Can you build AI Agents with memory and logic?
Yes! I develop intelligent n8n workflows using OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini. I can implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), long-term memory, and smart decision-making for chat, voice (Vapi), and data processing.
Can you fix or optimize my existing n8n workflows?
Absolutely. If your workflow is slow, breaking, or hitting API limits, I can help. I specialize in troubleshooting logic, fixing webhook issues, and refactoring workflows to make them faster and more cost-effective.
Can you automate CRM, Lead Gen, and Social Media?
Yes! I integrate n8n with HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, and Slack to automate lead capturing and follow-ups. I also build "Content Factories" for automated posting and engagement on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Instagram, TikTok.
Do you handle custom API and Python integrations?
Yes. Unlike many others, I don't just use standard nodes. I can write custom Python/JS scripts and connect to any platform with an API, ensuring your automation isn't limited by built-in integrations.
Can you automate tools that don't have a built-in n8n node?
Yes, absolutely. This is where my Python and JavaScript expertise comes in. If n8n doesn't have a ready-made node for your app, I will use custom HTTP requests and code snippets to connect to any service with an API.
What happens if the workflow breaks in the future?
I build every workflow with advanced error-handling (Error Trigger nodes) to ensure stability. Plus, I provide a 7-day support period after delivery to fix any technical glitches.
