Design store layouts and product displays according to brand standards and retail concepts. Develop interior concepts from mood boards to 3D renderings and technical drawings. Coordinate with visual merchandising, marketing, and store operations teams. Conduct site surveys for measurements and evaluate on-site conditions. Supervise construction and installation processes to ensure design compliance. Ensure designs prioritize customer comfort, movement flow, and space efficiency. Stay updated on retail design trends and apply innovative concepts. Liaise with mall management for design submissions, work permits, and handovers. Prepare technical drawings, including layouts, interior details, and material specifications. Assist in preparing and calculating Bill of Quantity (BoQ) based on technical drawings and material requirements.
