Architectural drawings (PDF or DWG), floor-by-floor layout, building use, site location (for wind/seismic), and the design code to follow. If you have existing structural drawings, share those too — the more context, the better the model.
Which design codes do you work with?
I work with ACI 318, AISC, Eurocode 2 & 3, BS 8110, SBC (Saudi Building Code), UBC, and IBC. If your project follows a different standard, mention it before ordering and I'll confirm availability.
Can you check or fix an existing ETABS model?
Yes. Share your model file and describe the issue, errors, unrealistic results, failed members, or a second-opinion check. I'll review it and advise on the right package before you order.
