Will I own 100% of the code, database, and accounts after delivery?
Yes. Full source code, GitHub repo, Vercel, Supabase, and Stripe accounts are transferred to your name. No lock-in, no shared ownership, no ongoing fees to me. You can hire any developer to maintain or extend the project later.
How long does it actually take to build a SaaS?
Basic ships in 14 days. Standard MVP in 21 days. Premium production-ready SaaS in 35 days. You get weekly progress with working builds you can click through, not vague Slack updates saying "still working on it."
What if my idea changes during the build?
Every SaaS evolves during development. Each package includes set revisions for in-scope changes. New features outside the original scope are quoted as add-ons before any work starts. No surprise invoices, no nickel-and-diming.
Will you sign an NDA before I share my idea?
Yes. Send your NDA template in your first message and I will sign it before any details are discussed. If you do not have one, I can provide a standard mutual NDA. Your idea, business plans, and customer data stay confidential.
What happens if there are bugs after launch?
Standard includes 7 days of post-launch bug fixes. Premium includes 30 days. Bugs in my code are fixed at no charge during this window. After that, monthly retainers start at $497/month or hourly at $75/hour.
Why your stack? Why not Python, Ruby, or PHP?
Next.js + Supabase + Stripe is the fastest stack to launch with, scales to millions of users without rewrites, and has the lowest hosting costs for new founders. If you need a different stack for a strong reason, message me first.
Will my SaaS be secure? What about user data and payments?
Yes. Auth uses Supabase Auth (industry standard). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe so card data never touches your database. SSL enabled by default. Database locked with row-level security.
Can I take real payments from day one of launch?
Yes. Stripe is fully integrated and tested in both test and live mode. I help set up your Stripe account if you do not have one. From the moment your SaaS goes live, you can take subscriptions, one-time payments, and manage refunds.
What if I do not have a clear idea or design yet?
