Yes — diagnosis is the job. Send me the URL and describe what you're seeing, and I'll identify the root cause. You don't need to know the technical reason; that's what you're paying me for.
What if you can't fix it?
I'll tell you within the first hour of starting, and you get a full refund. I won't run your clock down on a problem I can't solve. This is why I ask to see the error before you order.
Could you make my site worse?
I take a complete backup before touching anything, and on Standard and Premium I work on a staging copy. Your live site is never my test environment. If anything goes wrong, we restore in minutes.
What access do you need from me?
WordPress admin login, and ideally hosting/cPanel or FTP access. Some errors are only visible in the server error logs, which is why hosting access matters. I'll tell you exactly what I need after I see the issue.
Is my data and login information safe?
Yes. I don't share, store or reuse anything from your site. When the job is delivered, I'll ask you to change the password and revoke my access — I'd rather you did that than leave a spare key lying around.
My site is hacked or infected with malware. Can you clean it?
Yes — that's the Premium package. It covers removal, full cleanup, and security hardening so it doesn't come straight back. Reinfection usually means the original entry point was never closed. I close it.
How are you different from other WordPress freelancers?
Most WordPress sellers are page-builder operators — they fix things by deactivating plugins until the symptom disappears. I'm a full-stack developer. I read the actual PHP error logs and server responses, and I fix the cause.
Do you only work on WordPress?
No. I also work in PHP/Laravel, plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React and Next.js, and Python. If your site isn't WordPress, message me first and I'll confirm I can help before you order.
What if the same problem comes back later?
Premium includes a 30-day warranty, and it's available as an extra on any package. Every package also includes a written explanation of the root cause — so you know what caused it and can avoid repeating it.
Can you build new features too, or only fix broken ones?
