What do you need to get started?
Hosting and WordPress admin access, your Dokan Pro licence if needed, logo and a list of pages and features. Your login details stay private and are used only for your project. I need full admin and hosting access to build your marketplace, so please order only if you are comfortable sharing it.
What domain and hosting provider do you recommend?
I can recommend a domain registrar where you can save at least 50% compared to popular registrars like GoDaddy. I can also recommend a cloud hosting provider that provides more speed, vertical scalability, and affordability, with ease of use. Please contact me to learn more.
What is included in your Dokan multi vendor marketplace?
A WooCommerce marketplace built with Dokan: vendor registration and dashboards, commission setup, vendor withdrawals, a payment gateway, store pages and marketplace emails. Higher packages add Dokan Pro modules, split payouts, vendor shipping and custom features.
Do I need Dokan Pro, or is Dokan Lite enough?
Dokan Lite covers vendor signup, dashboards, commissions, withdrawals and limited product fields. Subscriptions, Stripe Connect split payments, advanced shipping, bookings and auctions need Dokan Pro. I recommend at least Dokan Starter. Send your full requirements and I will confirm the right plan.
Who pays for Dokan Pro and other premium plugins?
You buy the licences in your own name, so updates and support stay with you. Before we start, I will list exactly which plugins and plans your marketplace needs. I do not use nulled or shared licences.
How do vendors get paid?
Commission can be a percentage, a fixed amount or both. Vendors can request withdrawals, or payments can be split automatically at checkout with Stripe Connect or PayPal Marketplace.
Can you work on my existing WooCommerce website?
Yes. I fix issues, add features and redesign existing marketplaces and stores. Send me your site link and what you need, and I will send you a custom offer.
Can my marketplace look like Amazon or Etsy?
The layout and features can follow a marketplace you like. The premium package may use a ready Dokan-compatible theme that has similar layouts. A fully custom design is quoted separately.
What support do I get after delivery?
Standard includes 14 days, and Premium includes 30 days of free fixes for anything I build. After that, I offer monthly maintenance.
